The fall foliage is already thinning! October is wrapping up already. My month or so of holidays are behind me. They were wonderful and exhausting and of course, too much food. I was busy and active but didn’t really exercise. I made some good choices and others that were not so good.
So now what? Now it’s a bit calmer. Now I can refocus on healthy habits. More walks, exercise, planning, portioning.
There is always something coming up to distract us from this focus. (I have two parties in the next seven days!)
But I feel better overall when I feel like I’m in the driver’s seat and not just along for a crazy ride. If that’s the case then I have to take steps to make that happen!
So here’s to Fall and regaining focus!
