After a month of holiday meals, it’s time to get back on track. Here is my take on mixing healthy, satisfying and EASY:
Tonight’s dinner is steamed, fresh from the farm stand string beans, plain old pasta and grilled salmon. (I treated myself to ordering already grilled salmon from our local fish guy who delivers!!!!) I track 1 point for teriyaki sauce and 1 for oil that is likely used in the fish preparation. The pasta was 6 and the string beans zero.
What’s your go to, easy meal when you need to get back on track?
Tomorrow’s weigh in will happen whether I like it or not. I need to ‘reset’ my mindset and put an end to holiday mode. Seeing the number on the scale may not be fun but is necessary.
